To save or export a file to PDF or XPS, you must first install the Publish as PDF or XPS add-in for the Microsoft Office system.
Installing procedure:-
- Go to the Microsoft.com and search for Publish as PDF or XPS Add-in for Microsoft Office (or click here to download the plugin for MS Office 2007)
- download Publish as PDF or XPS Add-in for Microsoft Office program and using the instructions on that page.
- Go to the installed setup and double click on that.
- After you install the Publish as PDF or XPS Add-in, it will automatically add itself to Microsoft Office.
- You can now export your file to PDF or XPS by going to any Microsoft Office Application, such as MS Word, by opening the file and clicking save as.
(Note:- Currently it is available for Microsoft Office 2007 only.)
